Welcome to PrissKay.com (hereafter, “we”, “us”, “our”, or “PrissKay”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

In no event shall our total liability for all claims arising from or related to these Terms exceed an amount equal to the fees (if any) you have paid to us in the past twelve months, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PrissKay and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, service providers, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

your use of the Service;
your violation of these Terms;
your violation of any rights of another;
any User Content you submit;
your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after the changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
